| The Family Life Learning Center is a partnership of professionals, public and private organizations, churches, neighborhood organizations, housing developments, business owners, and TEENS. The centers and resources are linked through computer hardware, software and web-based technologies for career mentoring, job training, life skill education, and other community purposes. Family Life Learning Centers and our TEEN volunteers will work with faith-based community partners to develop relationships with professionals, local businesses, educational institutions, private foundations, faith based charities and other community organizations. These partnership relationships will help create, and sustain TEEN enrichment programs and other Family Life Learning Center programs in the community. The volunteer approach with the TEENS encourages them to reach out to other TEENS in their schools and communities. TEEN participation in the Family Life Learning Centers becomes a catalyst of opportunities, prosperity and growth within the church. At risk TEENS will have a place of caring and concerned families ministering structure and hope in their lives. Families along with the entire community of believers now have a mission tool to help deliver at risk children from a lifestyle of gangs, crime and drugs. As this mission unfolds, many churches will see growth in young adult and TEEN participation in worship and other ministries within the church.
